What I would recommend is using my playlists as a starter and adding your own songs as time goes on. You can access these on a free Spotify account. However, I do add to these playlists on Spotify so it’s always best to get them on there. I’ve linked the playlists to Spotify but if you don’t used Spotify I’ve also listed out the entire playlists as well. So today I wanted to share my playlists with you. So this playlist is made up of happy songs that don’t involve love to give you a welcome distraction and dance party to cheer yourself up. More recently I made a Cheer Me Up Playlist because I started realizing how hard it is to find songs that don’t talk about love. Lastly I made a Moving On Playlist because I needed this to pump me up to remind me that one day I would move on, and when that day came I used this playlist to remind me of how far I had come. This eff you playlist also worked if I started getting too sentimental. After doing my Cry Playlist, I started a f#!k you playlist when I started feeling angry to help me express that emotion. That’s the beauty of music, it can enhance our feelings and even change how we feel. I would get in the car, put it on, and let my crying out. Music was always the thing that got me to start crying, so I made a “cry playlist” that I would put on if I started feeling like I needed a good cry. If we don’t cry our emotions can get stuck. Crying was always something that was tough for me and it didn’t come easily but after going through some break ups I quickly learned it was a necessary part of the healing process. If you’ve taken my course or have heard me on my podcast you’ll have heard me talk about my Cry Playlist. I think music can help us process our emotions, it can cheer us up, and it can transport us back to another time.

Music has always been a big part of my life and has always played a huge role in my relationships and break ups, especially my break ups.
